Refund and Cancellation Policy
CANCELLING YOUR ACCOUNT:
If you want to cancel your membership subscription, you have to send a cancellation request email at [email protected].
Once you cancel you won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period. For example, if you sign up on the 10th of the month that means your billing cycle is on the 10th of every month. If you cancel your account on the 11th, you’ll still have to pay for the current month, but you won’t be charged again after that. (ONLY APPLICABLE FOR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP)
Once you cancel your membership subscription, you will lose access immediately.
The only valid method for cancelling your membership subscription is through sending a request for cancellation at [email protected]. Requests to cancel by any other method aside from what is mentioned (for example instagram direct message), does not accomplish cancellation.
Membership cancellation requests received within 15 days of joining may be eligible to receive a full refund less a $10 cancellation fee. Cancellations requests received after 15-days will not be eligible for a refund. (ONLY APPLICABLE FOR YEARLY MEMBERSHIP)
You can cancel your membership before the yearly billing cycle renews itself, but you can't recoup the cost of any months during which you didn't use the service.(ONLY APPLICABLE FOR YEARLY MEMBERSHIP)
We do not offer refunds on monthly subscriptions. If you are on an annual plan, you can receive a refund within 15 days of subscribing to that plan or renewing your subscription.
If you cannot attend the scheduled mentoring call, you can always ask questions ahead of time and they will be addressed on the call. Then you can view the recording.
If you cannot reschedule your call and would like a refund, we are very sorry but we can't issue a refund according to our policy.
Please note that all fees are non-refundable in any circumstance
Failure to use the service does not constitute a basis for receiving a refund.
Sample Refund and Cancellation policy for a one year subscription:
No refunds will be given after you have applied for cancellation, as you will still be able to use the service until the day before your renewal date.
If you start a monthly subscription on July 10 and cancel it on August 11
Payment: 1st payment (for 1 month) on July 10, 2nd payment (for 1 month) on August 10
Last day of service availability: September 9
Suspension of billing and service: From September 10
If you start your subscription on July 10 as an annual payment and cancel it on August 11 of the same year
Payment: 1st time on July 10 (for one year)
Last day of service availability: July 9 of the following year
Billing and service suspension: From July 10 of the following year
